What you will do

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and production controls for new product lines.
• Review specifications and cost estimates to establish order feasibility and investment requirements.
• Plan and execute work measurement studies to balance production lines to targeted TAKT times.
• Provide technical assistance to production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor issues.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to drive continuous improvement and scrap reduction.
• Manage capital equipment planning, procurement, and installation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing support software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence personnel at all levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CNC programming or tool design.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Strong leadership and public-facing presentation skills.
