What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational support for bank partners and their technological integrations.
• Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner technology integrations, including scoping requirements and sequencing API build phases.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Bank Partner Network to enable Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams.
• Define, track, and analyze partnership performance metrics to drive program optimizations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate integration documentation, partner reporting, and program analysis.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology integration projects with banks, financial institutions, or API integrations.
• Strong command of project management practices and tools for milestone tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (LLMs) and the ability to apply them to program management workflows.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with technical audiences, including engineering and product teams.
• Must be based in the USA (Austin, TX or Remote).
