What you will do

• Shape the end-to-end experience of AI-powered product surfaces including HR Assist, HR Partner Console, and Compliance Intelligence.
• Lead service design through journey maps and service blueprints for a two-sided product involving both business owners and HR experts.
• Define design patterns for trust, uncertainty, and human override in AI-generated outputs.
• Co-lead product strategy and direction in collaboration with PM, engineering, and data partners.
• Conduct customer and partner research to validate experiences within a high-stakes compliance domain.
• Determine optimal moments for human-in-the-loop intervention in AI workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience owning shipped work in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered experiences to production, specifically handling errors and uncertainty.
• Expertise in service design, journey mapping, and operational handoffs.
• Ability to evaluate and direct AI-generated content in a compliance-heavy environment.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design toolchains.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in consequential domains such as HR, fintech, legal, or healthcare.
• Experience leading a team's transition to AI-native workflows.
• Background in AI governance or AI experience design patterns.
• Experience designing for internal operators or expert users alongside customer-facing surfaces.
