Salary: $170,000–$210,000 (USD) / 185,000–195,000 (CAD)

What you will do

• Lead design quality for financial workflows, AI, and mobile domains, taking high-complexity problems to engineering-ready solutions.
• Design intuitive experiences for AI-powered agentic capabilities and complex system behaviors.
• Simplify dense, data-rich enterprise workflows, including ERP integrations and financial operations.
• Reshape the mobile app to improve the experience for field users.
• Mentor and give direction to designers within your domains to elevate overall craft.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and QA to pressure-test ideas and ship quickly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex products from concept to launch.
• Deep experience designing data-rich enterprise or vertical SaaS workflows (financial, payments, or ERP preferred).
• AI-native workflow: fluent with AI for synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and frontend code.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong command of UX/UI principles and user research.
• Ability to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states) or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic experiences.
• Familiarity with commercial trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) or construction.
