What you will do

• Lead design projects from initial research to fully realized features and flows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive the user experience forward.
• Contribute to the design system and implement accessibility practices.
• Manage research operations, including participant recruiting, follow-ups, and incentives.
• Execute usability research studies and communicate findings and implications to stakeholders.
• Establish async communication rhythms and provide thoughtful feedback to the UX team.

Requirements

• Strategic design leadership experience for technical products, platforms, or systems.
• Proficiency in prototyping, storytelling, and the iterative product development process.
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, Figma, and GitHub.
• Rigor for accessibility, consistency, and high quality standards.
• Experience in research operations and executing usability studies independently.
• Must be based in the US or Canada
