What you will do

• Identify and implement UX and visual improvements for the hirify.global application.
• Own strategy and decision-making for key product surfaces.
• Lead end-to-end design projects for both internal and customer-facing applications.
• Establish and strengthen the design critique culture and overall design-centric approach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce branding and sales collateral.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing dense B2B software, specifically workflow-heavy products.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design thinking and product design in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Figma, Notion, and Linear.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to evolving processes.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
