Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 base + company performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a design team consisting of product designers and a user researcher.
• Own design work for one product-suite trio, including framing problems, mapping user flows, and validating solutions.
• Define the company-wide design vision and roadmap to raise design maturity to a strategic function.
• Manage the design system, component library, and interaction patterns to ensure a coherent UX.
• Integrate AI-powered design and prototyping tools into the workflow to accelerate exploration and iteration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align design strategy with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product or UX design, including several years of experience leading and managing designers.
• Track record of setting design strategy and raising the maturity of a design function.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality craft and a clear design point of view.
• Experience owning a design system and standards across multiple product areas.
• Fluency in user-centered design, user research, and usability testing.
• Expertise in Figma is strongly preferred.
