What you will do

• Design simple and elegant experiences for Back Office and Commercial product areas across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate prototyping, explore ideas, and develop agentic workflows.
• Perform full-cycle discovery research, including user interviews, journey mapping, and task flow creation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams using Figma and async communication.
• Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and helping them develop user empathy.
• Represent user needs in product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, interaction design, visual design, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience in AI experience design, specifically making agentic workflows trustworthy and clear.
• Expertise in the end-to-end iterative design process from research to high-fidelity visuals.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design rationale to stakeholders.
