What you will do

• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to drive site-wide inventory control execution and fulfillment continuity.
• Monitor daily inventory activities, including dual systems reconciliation, cycle counts, and auditing.
• Oversee complex inventory transaction reconciliation in coordination with corporate finance.
• Lead comprehensive inventory audits and physical validations to ensure accuracy.
• Refine operational processes to maximize accuracy, enforce FIFO protocols, and resolve aging inventory.
• Partner with site operations and cross-functional teams to achieve corporate financial metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing within the high-tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep expertise in inventory control best practices and supply chain efficiency.
• Proven experience managing contract manufacturers (EMS) within global supply chains.
• Strong analytical foundation for solving complex operational problems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
