What you will do

• Map vendor support models, entitlements, and SLAs for compute, network, and cooling OEMs to create a single source of truth.
• Define and implement sparing plans, including part types, quantities, and stocking locations based on fleet criticality.
• Establish governance frameworks (QBRs, SLA scorecards) to hold vendors accountable to their service commitments.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for spares availability, consumption rates, and fill rates.
• Collaborate with data center operations and infrastructure teams to ensure high hardware reliability.
• Refine strategic sparing and vendor strategy as the hardware footprint expands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management and vendor management.
• Prior experience managing supply chain workflows for datacenter or AI hyperscalers.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to hold vendors accountable and manage complex operational programs.
• Comfortable working with global teams and navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
