What you will do

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits services.
• Oversee benefit annual enrollment periods and address day-to-day service issues.
• Provide expert guidance on welfare benefit plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Anticipate and resolve complicated service issues independently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, communication, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry (employer, insurer, consultant, or broker).
• State Life & Health Insurance License (Required within 3 months of hire).
• Extensive knowledge of group insurance products (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agency Management Systems (e.g., EPIC, BenefitPoint, ImageRight).
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking capabilities.
