What you will do
- Develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance or employee health and benefits products.
- Coordinate service for assigned accounts and maintain client relationships.
- Deliver renewals on time and secure quotes when needed.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and align relevant offerings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of outside B2B selling experience with a proven track record.
- Experience working with midmarket companies of approximately 100–1,000 employees.
- Professional, collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
- Assertive yet consultative communication style.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce.
