What you will do

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the renewal process for assigned clients, providing detailed analysis and coverage recommendations.
• Assist clients with administration, billing, claims, and general problem-solving.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients and Producers to finalize renewals and implementation.
• Utilize client management systems to update policies, log activities, and document carrier follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and the development of new services.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America
• Minimum of two plus years of industry-specific experience.
• Possession of LOB designations.
