What you will do

• Guide technical conversations with prospects regarding global employment, payroll, and compliance.
• Build scalable tools, templates, and AI-powered automations to support the sales team.
• Develop business case materials and implementation readiness plans for large-scale deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide product feedback and improve sales enablement.
• Use data to drive improvements in the sales process and manage change across the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based within -2 to -8 UTC time zones.
• Experience in a customer-facing or consultative role involving complex topics like compliance or payroll.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to scope and plan multi-country projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation to scale output.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first, async-heavy environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HR and Payroll concepts such as probation periods, termination, and tax contributions.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
