What you will do

• Drive the global social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, on-brand content tailored to diverse global audiences.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to translate data into actionable ministry insights.
• Collaborate with YouVersion Global Hubs to support and align localized social media strategies.
• Lead and develop the social media team by setting clear goals, KPIs, and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading social teams and developing multi-platform strategies.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
