Reddit Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s official Reddit presence across brand-owned subreddits and relevant automotive, financial, and consumer communities.
• Develop a Reddit community playbook covering voice, subreddit norms, engagement timing, memes, and technical advice.
• Create informative posts, in-depth guides, and visual content about car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance.
• Manage reputation and crisis situations by responding transparently and helpfully to customer discussions.
• Track karma growth, sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, search indexability, and LLM citations.
• Share Reddit insights, car-owner pain points, and emerging topics with Product and Content teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Reddit karma, subreddit dynamics, automoderators, shadowbans, and community norms.
• At least 2 years of experience managing organic social or community strategy, with significant Reddit experience preferred.
• Ability to write naturally for Reddit communities and create value-first educational content.
• Understanding of how Reddit content supports Google SGE, LLMs, and organic SEO.
• Ability to handle skepticism, pushback, and difficult public conversations with empathy, honesty, and humor.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required.

• Experience in consumer technology, fintech, or insurtech.
• Demonstrated success growing other social accounts.
