What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level reporting and analytical applications handling high-volume data.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel.
• Leverage AI tools (Power BI Copilot, Python libraries, LLM tools) to automate insights and improve reporting efficiency.
• Analyze trends and patterns across underwriting and business performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and reconciliation of datasets.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and document data models and report logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or reporting.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, NJ (3 days onsite requirement).
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Basic understanding of scripting tools like Python or R.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear visualizations and business insights.
