AI Transformation Lead

Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY)

Salary: NYC OTE $174K – $220.1K (equity and commission offered)

Writer builds an end-to-end platform for enterprise generative AI and AI agents grounded in customer data.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with a customer success manager focused on adoption strategy.
• Serve as a strategic transformation partner by setting vision and defining the JTBD framework with leadership teams to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to make AI a top executive priority.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyzing P&L impact through surveys and interviews for business reviews.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across stakeholders, including escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities via cross-sell and upsell initiatives; scale best practices by producing and “processifying” decks, frameworks, and communications.

Requirements

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Proven track record building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking to define frameworks and translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board-level presentations and cross-functional conflict resolution.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex customer business environments.
