Director of AI Strategy and Innovation

What you will do

• Lead client engagements that assess current capabilities, define AI-enabled futures, and plan transformation paths.
• Advise C-suite and director-level stakeholders on AI strategy, organisational design, change, and transformation.
• Design technology-led ways of working across digital, data, AI, and business functions.
• Develop consulting programmes, innovation opportunities, commercial cases, and transformation propositions.
• Plan and deliver organisational transitions through communications, change management, and hands-on consulting outputs.
• Support regional leadership, thought leadership, account development, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience delivering change across organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern technology-led organisations hirify.global delivery across strategy, product, AI, technology, delivery, and people.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with digital and AI transformation recommendations.
• Demonstrable experience deploying AI into ways of working, operations, or business workflows.
• Ability to work across multiple client assignments and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
• Commercial mindset with experience contributing to client engagements and business opportunities.

Nice to have

• Consulting business development experience, including RFP responses, sales presentations, and senior client presentations.
• Experience developing digital or product strategy and delivering commercial value.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
• Experience expanding existing client relationships and contributing to different engagement types.
