Implementation Consultant

Location: Hybrid in New York City; candidates must reside in New York or be able to commute to the New York office at least four days per week, Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end federal software implementations, including discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and career staff, translating operational needs into practical rollout plans.
• Coordinate with engineering on integrations, data-handling constraints, system configuration, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Translate field feedback, workflow gaps, and edge cases into input for Product and Engineering.
• Build implementation playbooks, templates, and internal documentation for future deployments.
• Guide public-sector partners through change management when replacing legacy systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or a product-adjacent delivery role.
• Experience owning multi-stakeholder rollouts and translating customer requirements into implementation plans and technical workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, system configurations, and integration tradeoffs.
• Ability to work within classified or accredited environments and handle compliance and data-handling constraints.
• Strong bias toward action and comfort building processes while running deployments.
• Ability to work from New York or commute to the New York City office at least four days per week is required.

• Experience deploying software in classified or accredited environments.
• Federal, state, or local government implementation experience.
• Experience building implementation playbooks or internal tooling at an early-stage company.
