Transformation Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $149,200–$214,500 USD per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate AI transformation strategy into concrete requirements for AI product managers and engineers.
• Build and maintain an enterprise capability map covering ownership, current processes, and AI opportunities.
• Run transformation intake, prioritization, governance, and operating cadences across business functions.
• Define solution paths that clarify the roles of people, AI, and systems in redesigned workflows.
• Own ROI analysis, business value assessment, metric trees, instrumentation, and executive reporting.
• Lead role redesign, change management, adoption, and company-wide AI initiatives spanning three or more functions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in investment banking or top-tier management consulting.
• Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous, high-stakes problems for executive review.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including data structuring, scenario modeling, metric-tree development, and business-case analysis.
• Daily hands-on use of frontier AI tools and experience building or rebuilding a workflow around AI.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority and driving alignment through delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce one-pagers, presentations, and executive recommendations.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative field.
• Experience redesigning workflows around AI at the individual, team, or company level.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company, especially in security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with transformation offices, change management, governance, prioritization frameworks, or executive reporting.
