What you will do

• Review timecard reports and collaborate with Plant Managers to ensure accurate employee time recording.
• Process timekeeping adjustments, including paid time off, missed punches, and short-term disability or leave of absence pay.
• Manage monthly and weekly incentive payments for submission to Global Business Services (GBS).
• Audit processed payroll files to identify and correct pay group and FLSA compliance issues.
• Partner with Human Resources to resolve payroll-related questions and maintain payroll records.
• Communicate corrections and route employee concerns regarding payroll and benefits to the appropriate resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Associate degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working with timekeeping systems.
• Knowledge of general HR processes, policies, and laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to process a high volume of transactions while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
