What you will do

• Onboard new clients to payroll and related services across multiple company structures, states, and localities.
• Build trusted client relationships while delivering accurate and timely payroll services for a high volume of small-to-medium-sized clients.
• Review client payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process payroll, review payroll reports, and distribute them to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP certification, or completion of the FLSA PayTrain module at 85%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
