What you will do

• Onboard new assigned clients with various company structures across multiple states to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Execute client relationship strategies to instill trust in the delivery of payroll services for small-to medium-sized clients.
• Review client-supplied payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process payroll, analyze reports for accuracy, and distribute them to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4–6 years of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).
