What you will do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Build and grow relationships with fintechs, banks, and payment providers.
• Develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Consistently exceed revenue and sales performance targets.

Requirements

• Proven enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
• Experience selling into banks, payment providers, or fintech companies.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quota or achieving top sales performance metrics.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to manage long, enterprise sales cycles.
• Must be based in the US (EST Time Zones)

Nice to have

• Experience selling infrastructure or enterprise technology to fintechs and traditional financial institutions.
• Background selling digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, or institutional crypto platforms.
• Experience at custodians or infrastructure providers.
