What you will do

• Act as a primary technical partner for enterprise merchants to drive GPV and feature adoption.
• Solve integration issues on merchant websites and in-store terminals using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct regular integration health checks using KPIs and perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to represent the merchant voice and influence feature requests.
• Manage the full lifecycle of new product adoptions to facilitate seamless merchant onboarding.
• Participate in on-call incident response rotations and deliver detailed RCAs to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Senior-level experience in technical account management or customer success within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for data analysis and debugging.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or SumoLogic.
• Ability to engage and translate technical insights for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Practical experience using AI tools in a professional context to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with buy-now-pay-later (BNPL), payment processing, or merchant acquiring.
• Background in incident management.
