Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience leading multi-phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical requirements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen for managing budgets and contract terms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Technical literacy in warehouse technologies, IT integrations, and tools like AutoCAD.
