What you will do

• Lead complex B2B software projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to understand customer processes, identify pain points, and define success criteria.
• Translate business needs into project plans, collaborating with solution architects and engineering teams.
• Own project execution, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and delivery reporting.
• Build trusted customer relationships and manage expectations through constructive communication and negotiation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing complex B2B software development projects for enterprise customers.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other process-driven B2B domains.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methods, and project management best practices.
• Hands-on experience facilitating customer workshops and defining project scope.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, risks, and delivery performance across multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
