Focus on coordinating contract and claim management across regions, building a unified toolchain, supporting dispute resolution, and developing an AI contract risk identification tool.
Location: Maia or Algés, Portugal; remote work option available

What you will do
- Develop and roll out standardized contract execution tools, processes, templates, and governance across regional and business units.
- Identify contractual obligations, risks, opportunities, claims, and mitigation strategies for complex design and build projects.
- Own and govern the Contract Execution Management toolchain, including global reporting, data integrity, and compliance.
- Analyze and negotiate contracts and related documents, document negotiation outcomes, and prepare contract adjustments.
- Support project management with contract workshops, escalation topics, risk and opportunity management, and claim negotiations.
- Deliver training on contractual matters, change, claim, risk, NCC processes, tools, templates, reporting, and automated governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project execution experience as a Contract Manager or Project Manager, preferably in logistics or automation/parcel operations.
- 5–10 years of experience in Contracts & Claims Management for design and build projects.
- Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with contractual, commercial, and technical experience.
- Strong project monitoring and controlling skills, including project execution methodologies, contract management, and terms and conditions.
- Experience developing and implementing processes, with profound knowledge of risk and change management.
- Business-fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics or automation/parcel sectors.
- Experience leading a contract department.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Additional language skills.
