What you will do

• Design and roll out unified contract execution tools and processes, focusing on changes, NCC, and risk.
• Act as the functional owner of the Contract Execution Manager toolchain and maintain a global library of templates.
• Develop and implement claim strategies for customers and partners, managing evidence and documentation.
• Participate in contract negotiations, formulate negotiation strategies, and document results.
• Deliver training for business partners on contractual matters, risk processes, and reporting compliance.
• Lead the development of an AI contract risk identification tool.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Contracts & Claims Management for design and build projects.
• 5+ years in Project Execution as a Contract or Project Manager, preferably in logistics or automation.
• Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveyor.
• Business fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with diverse international teams across multiple countries.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and contract T&Cs.

Nice to have

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience leading a contract department.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
