What you will do

• Manage multiple large and complex projects across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-disciplined teams including Professional Services Consultants and Developers.
• Manage client expectations regarding effort, duration, and project costs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure completion of all deliverables.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate status meetings and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a client-facing software environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Nice to have

• PMP designation.
• Experience with EHSQ software.
• Experience creating Statements of Work and managing project budgets.
