Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Facilitate the execution of medium to large scale projects while providing strategic direction to project teams.
• Manage stakeholder involvement, customer satisfaction, and impact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Establish project governance standards and track benefits according to corporate requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including change management, to ensure successful implementation and training.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and decisions clearly to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data and technology requirements, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).
• Demonstrated experience working in an environment that leverages Agile principles.

• PMP or PgMP certification.
