What you will do

• Manage a high-visibility portfolio of communications, publications, and web content tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Contracting Officers and Task Managers.
• Oversee strategic planning, resource allocation, staffing, and risk management.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, monthly reporting, and progress reviews.
• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP) across all deliverables.
• Supervise the full lifecycle of publications from concept through final distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• 10+ years of professional experience leading multidisciplinary communications teams.
• Demonstrated experience supervising the publication of complex technical information.
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
• Experience managing diverse communications collateral including videos, social media, and reports.

Nice to have

• Experience in the transportation sector, particularly highway and surface transportation.
