What you will do

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts for the enterprise segment (~$1B+ revenue) in alignment with guidelines and risk appetite.
• Manage senior and specialty broker relationships and lead client-facing activities for complex accounts.
• Handle granular discussions on coverage, manuscript endorsements, and non-standard structures.
• Provide technical underwriting judgment for risks involving large networks and subsidiaries.
• Mentor and coach other underwriters on deal strategy and broker communication.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Claims, and security teams to optimize underwriting decisions and client outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of underwriting experience.
• Experience handling high-complexity cyber and Technology E&O risks for large enterprise business (~$1B+ revenue).
• Must be based in the US Northeast.
• Ability to analyze complex cyber risks and communicate pricing and structure rationale clearly to brokers and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with executive-facing conversations.
