What you will do

• Manage customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, distribution, and collections support.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for Revenue and AR-related accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and deferred revenue support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and improve customer experience.
• Support external audit requests and provide documentation for revenue and billing processes.
• Develop and enhance billing and AR processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of AR, billing, or general accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and general ledger accounting entries.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage, or QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
