What you will do

• Underwrite and negotiate new business and renewal cyber risks within authority.
• Manage key renewal accounts with a focus on profitable retention.
• Build and strengthen trading relationships with broker partners to position the company as a preferred market.
• Act as a technical referral point and support the development of junior underwriters.
• Review broker-generated quotes and articulate product value to secure placements.
• Manage workflow through internal underwriting and e-trade platforms such as Acturis.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience underwriting cyber insurance.
• Proven experience across both new business and renewals.
• Strong existing broker and market relationships.
• Confidence in handling referrals and supporting less experienced team members.
• Experience using e-trade platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Manchester, UK.
