Salary: Base $43,900, OTE up to $65,850

What you will do

• Drive outbound outreach through calls, email, and social channels to identify potential clients.
• Run high-level discovery sessions to recognize maintenance pain points in property management companies.
• Schedule qualified demos for the sales team to help build the revenue pipeline.
• Manage all lead communication and prospecting rhythms within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, high energy, and persistence.
• Comfort with making outbound calls and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Ability to stay organized and manage diligent follow-ups.
• Strong desire to learn the property management industry and sales methodology.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rapid City, SD
