What you will do

• Manage multi-million-dollar capital projects ($5M–$50M+) with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, cash flows, and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure construction milestones and outages are executed safely and on time.
• Lead procurement planning, scope development, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Track and forecast project costs and provide detailed monthly reporting for PMO and leadership.
• Support the mentoring and development of junior Project Managers and participate in PMO process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dayton, OH.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Oracle P6 is strongly desired.

Nice to have

• Experience in Utility, infrastructure, or data center sectors.
• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
