What you will do

• Lead large-scale, multidisciplinary AV projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and margin performance to ensure profitability.
• Drive execution across engineering, fabrication, and field services teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to protect schedules and financial outcomes.
• Mentor associate project managers and project managers to elevate team performance.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and project quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction or AV settings.
• Deep knowledge of audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
• Ability to work on construction sites and comply with safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (70-90% of the time).
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
