What you will do

• Manage integrated project plans, including product cost, resource allocation, budgets, and tooling investments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to align customer needs with internal technical requirements.
• Conduct weekly meetings with internal teams and external vendors to plan and track project deliverables.
• Create both detailed technical documentation and high-level executive summaries for project requirements.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ensure project compliance with legal and safety standards while promoting a Lean culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Recognized project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Prince 2.
