Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating and advancing high-quality sales opportunities through consultative discovery and outbound prospecting for a cloud-based supply chain management platform with an accent on pipeline creation and lead qualification. Focus on uncovering business challenges, managing early-stage pipeline, and coordinating handoffs to Account Executives.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Minneapolis, MN; regular in-office presence 3 days per week required)
Salary: $60,000 (Total Annualized On-Target Compensation)

What you will do
- Proactively prospect target accounts through outbound calls, email, and social outreach
- Engage inbound leads within response SLAs to uncover business challenges and buying triggers
- Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria and determine mutual fit
- Create and advance high-quality opportunities with clear next steps and documented context
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM documentation regarding business problems and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Strong consultative communication and active listening skills
- Ability to learn and apply complex product and industry concepts
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for regular in-office presence (3 days/week)
