IT Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide on-site IT support for employees and contractors, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage IT onboarding events for new hires and handle offboarding processes, including laptop recovery.
• Support AV systems for meeting rooms, all-hands events, and office technology.
• Administer SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Create clear documentation and knowledge guides for internal use.
• Collaborate with the global IT operations team to improve processes and troubleshoot complex issues.

Requirements

• Must have prior macOS support experience
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong foundational technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom
• Intermediate networking knowledge (wifi, DNS, office networks)
• Ability to lift and move IT hardware and assist with office physical setups

Nice to have
