TL;DR
IT Support Specialist (Okta/Google Workspace): Delivering white-glove internal IT support in Toronto while managing identity, collaboration platforms, SaaS systems, and employee device lifecycles with an accent on onboarding, offboarding, endpoint management, and incident resolution. Focus on automating user workflows, supporting macOS and Windows environments, and maintaining secure, reliable access across a global organization.

Location: Toronto, Canada; on-site

Salary: CA$115,000–CA$140,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support for internal employees, including workstation, laptop, mobile, network, printer, peripheral, and meeting-room issues.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, access provisioning, hardware readiness, and secure deprovisioning.
  • Administer user accounts, password resets, MFA, SSO, email, collaboration tools, and SaaS platforms.
  • Track hardware inventory and coordinate device repairs and replacements.
  • Create support procedures and knowledge-base documentation while communicating clearly during incidents and escalations.
  • Improve IT operations through automation, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in help desk, internal IT support, or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong experience with Okta, Google Workspace, user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO.
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Iru for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN networking fundamentals.
  • Comfort supporting Slack, Microsoft Office 365, and other collaboration tools.
  • Patient, solutions-oriented communication style with strong follow-through.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting fast-paced or global teams.
  • Familiarity with UniFi/Ubiquiti equipment.
