Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Minneapolis, USA; hybrid work with weekly collaboration from the Minneapolis office

What you will do

• Provide technical support through email and troubleshooting calls for the hirify.global platform, M365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, and Okta.
• Act as the first point of contact for US-based customers and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, suggest solutions, and maintain smooth product functionality.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to process and product improvements.
• Progress from handling basic tickets to leading critical support cases during the first 90 days.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technical support solving complex Tier 2 issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to take ownership and work autonomously in an accountable environment.
• Knowledge of email technologies such as M365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with identity provider services, SaaS environments, or cybersecurity is relevant to the role.

Hiring process

• TA screening call and hiring manager interview, both remote.
• Hiring manager interview with a live technical exercise, remote.
• Panel interview with leadership and the team, onsite, followed by an offer, background check, and reference checks.
