Wealth Platform Support Analyst

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 technical support for core wealth management platforms and their users.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, requests, and incidents with business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal development teams.
• Prioritize incidents and requests by impact and urgency while maintaining an accurate work queue and detailed work notes.
• Support application configuration, releases, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Analyze and resolve application problems in collaboration with business users and third-party platform providers.

Requirements

• Experience in wealth management or a similar environment, with an understanding of portfolio management suites and trading platforms.
• Previous experience in application support or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Awareness or experience with SQL, REST APIs, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Iress, Avaloq, or Fidessa.
• CISI qualifications.
