What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Securiti AI customers throughout the renewal and expansion lifecycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and remote configuration reviews to ensure ongoing value realization.
• Consult on data discovery, governance, and compliance use cases, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Renewal Account Managers to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Support, Licensing, and Product teams to provide structured customer feedback.
• Maintain deep knowledge of DSPM frameworks and evolving data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica
• Spanish and English proficiency required
• 2-4 years of experience in solution sales, technical presales, or technical support
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DSPM concepts
• Ability to travel up to 10–25%

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific credentials
