Salary: $376,000 — $517,000 USD

What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Lead the management of 's largest customers to consistently deliver and overachieve against targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Enterprise Business plans to predictably generate short-term and long-term results.
- Analyze market data and dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets using metrics such as pipeline coverage and ASP.
- Own the pipeline generation strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience building and running Strategic sales teams within the software industry.
- 7+ years of experience as a front-line sales leader.
- Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement.
- Mastery of consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling, or Sandler.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets personally and as a leader.
- Ability to sell effectively into C-level executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
