What you will do

• Manage external customer ASIC programs from RFQ through production and bring-up.
• Advise customers on EDA best practices, design methodologies, and technical risk mitigation.
• Execute physical design flows to ensure incoming netlists meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and legal.
• Proactively assess design risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on hirify.global IP developments and end-user application requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, USA
• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proven track record of multiple tape-outs in advanced technology nodes.
• Hands-on experience in physical design, STA, EDA tools, and logic simulation.
• Proficiency in TCL, shell, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of low power design and power management.

Nice to have

• Experience with SERDES communications protocols.
• Knowledge of logic design, chip architecture, and Verilog RTL coding.
• Familiarity with DFT methods including scan and memory BIST.
