Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with eligible candidates required to be located in Australia and maintain sufficient timezone overlap with the team

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Goals and Projects product area.
• Drive the AI roadmap, defining valuable use cases and quality standards for AI-powered experiences.
• Shape ambiguous opportunities through discovery, lightweight specifications, prototypes, and written narratives.
• Own enterprise administration and governance capabilities, including permissions, roles, and audit.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and go-to-market teams.
• Use customer evidence and product data to guide defaults, rollouts, migrations, launches, and ongoing iteration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a significant product area at scale.
• Experience delivering outcomes across multiple related products or teams and taking initiatives from strategy through launch.
• Experience shipping AI-powered experiences to real customers and evaluating where AI creates value.
• Ability to clarify complex decisions, align senior stakeholders without formal authority, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Technical fluency for product and architectural discussions with senior engineers.
• Strong customer discovery, synthesis, prioritization, written communication, and pragmatic decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in work management, enterprise planning, or portfolio management.
• Experience with cross-app integration, shared data models, permissions models, admin controls, or audit capabilities.
