What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and features to align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs based on agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Evaluate team deliverables to ensure technical and conceptual integrity of features and components.
• Provide continuous feedback to delivery teams to foster high-quality product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in product management, agile methodology, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in agile or scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in technology product ownership.
• Experience in capital planning processes, manufacturing process flows, and long-term roadmap maintenance.
• Industrial Engineering (IE) experience.
