What you will do

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for IT teams supporting Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and other corporate functions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and align with enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and release plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
• Document all work within Azure DevOps according to established corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, HR, or other corporate systems.
• Working knowledge of financial operations and accounting-related business processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (based on 401k and health benefit offerings).
