What you will do

• Develop product strategy aligned with IB goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value and technical feasibility.
• Track education technology trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Translate product features into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to support Agile delivery.
• Monitor product performance and respond to issues using usage data and journey insights.

Requirements

• Seasoned product management experience, ideally within educational technology or mission-based organizations.
• Experience collaborating with software developers, educators, and designers.
• Understanding of the global K-12 education sector and educational technology landscape.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and UX design principles.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from Washington DC, USA.
